At ATTITUDE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your clean beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most products.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including any promotional materials received.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
